2005 BMW 545i, 6 speed, low miles, steal!!!

Hi all, it pains me to do this but it?s time to sell my most favorite car!
For sale: 2005 BMW 545i Must sell, just added a new member to our household and need to be a bit more responsible ?
Specs:
2005 BMW 545i
Mileage: 51,500 miles
Black on black
6 speed manual (rare)
Always dealer maintained. New clutch (parts and labor by BMW dealer) at 35,000 miles. Only synthetics oil used, changed every 6K miles.
Car has been nearly perfect, never let me down, runs, shifts like new!
Options: sport package, 6 speed manual, Logic 7, Nav, (PDC) parking sensors front and rear, Bluetooth, cold weather package (heated seats and steering wheel), Sirius radio.
Interior condition: great, 8.5 out of 10
Exterior, not flawless but very nice, no dents but some scrapes on front bumper lower/mid corner and a few other minor smudges and such here and there. Nothing to really detract from the car but I want to be honest. Exterior is an 8.0 out of 10.
I had Sirius radio installed (the right way, not the Best Buy way) and my Valentine 1 radar detector hard wired (detector does not come with car). Car comes with stock 18? wheels and OEM (have receipt) 19? BMW M5 wheels (really sets the car off and they drive smooth as glass). Wheels all have curb rash (thanks to my wife ?) but can be cleaned up to new with a minor investment. M5 wheels alone over $3k. Tires have 70% life left (Pirelli).
Overall it?s a fantastic car (I actually prefer it over my E55 most of the time). I use it primarily for business, highway driving between Boston and Raleigh. Second owner, I bought it with 18K miles. I have a loan on the car. Buyer can assume loan or pay it off. Clean Carfax.

OK, here are new pics, taken today.
Couple things i noticed today while looking it over:
- Next service mdue at 60k miles
- Scratch on R rear quarter (see pics)
- Tires (all 4)are Perreli P Zero, on the M5 wheels. Tire life is 85-90%, not 70 as posted earlier. I boughtthese -- Last October, maybe 5-6k miles ago

Other than the few scratches and such, it's a brilliant car. Drives like new, engine is great....like a well maintained 545i should be.
Price is firm, many thousands below others out there. No need to sell but would be nice!
