Evening All! I need to part with my 2004 525i . Unfortunately, I need to buy a house asap and I am short on my down payment. I posted the car on EBAY and there is 5 days left on the auction. The basic rundown of the car is on the site. If you guys need any additional questions answered, please email me at andy.zaucha@gmail.com.

OH I bet your asking yourself "Why such a low price?" Basically, the car has a rebuilt title and I did all the work to the car myself. My best friend is a service manager at BMW dealership in downtown Chicago so basically I used all OEM parts to replace damaged ones. Parts changed out - Hood, Bumper, Core Support, and RF Xenon Headlight. Let me know if your interested and if you guys think if the price is right. I am pretty firm on $20,000.

Thanks,

Andy

That's a nice looking car there ... those 20" ASA wheels look great. Good luck with the sale

20' ASA RS1 Staggered Rims 9.5 front 10.5 Rear
What size of tires are on the front/rears, and the wheel offsets as well?

I think you're gonna have a hard time getting 20K for an 04 525i with 60K miles. I bought my 04 525i with 27K miles loaded with Nav for around $17K just a few months ago. At the time, it still had the balance of the factory warranty on it too. Yours have many upgrades, but double the miles and a rebuilt title, which is much harder to get financing on. I do wish you luck because it looks like you put a ton of upgrades into it, unfortunately, most of those upgrades probably won't return their fair value on a sale.

And I agree, those are some sweet wheels.

The car does not have a salvage title but a rebuilt title. Meaning it went thru 2 state inspections and received a new rebuilt title.

dont know about other states but here in florida.. Salvage ? rebuilt tittle means the same really... no bank will finance it which makes it harder to find a buyer.. Only clean tittles get financed here.. so where Salv or reb same thing really.. gluck on the sale tho.

I own a body shop and recycling yard in Illinois and have been in business for 15 years now. Here is the run down - When vehicle has a salvage title it means it has been declared a loss by the insurance company. At that point dealers can buy the vehicles at an auction and can either A) part the car of rebuild it and re sell. When vehicle has been rebuilt then has two go thru 2 government mandated inspections and new title is issued as REBUILT. As far as loans go, I have never had anyone been rejected a loan because vehicle is rebuilt. They only time customer was rejected is because has really poor credit and has been in collections several times. You could even go on Capital One. com or any major bank or credit company and they could issue a check on line in days at a decent rate. Any other questions let me know. Thanks

PS I have a 2008 BMW 530i w 8 miles for parts. Vehicle had a swing hit on right hand side. Transmission is good and tested engine has minor damage to it but will sell parts of it. If anyone needs any parts let , hit me up.

Thanks,

Andy
