2005 545i with Auto trans, Black on Black, Navi, Premium, Cold, Sport Package, Spoiler, 45K miles and pretty much loaded to the hilt with everything except HUD. The car is still under BMW warranty until Jan '09.

KBB spots the price right around $29-$30 K for private party. The car is in excellent condition with brand new battery, filter, rear brakes, etc. Won't be needing any maintenance for quite some time!
