A family member traded in his E60 M5 and picked up a 2007 Porsche 911 Turbo. He did enjoy the M5 when is was running, but he had toms of problems with it.... too many to list. He just had some cosmetic and performance work done on his new Porsche. Here are a few photos.

Oh man, that's my dream car! When I finally do get another 911 as a "toy," I plan to get a newer one vs. the older one I had. It was lots of fun on the road and occasional track day, looked great (black with black wheels also), I could do some of the repair work myself since it was much less complex than a modern version, but old cars are...well...old cars. This 997 looks amazing! I also love the way those red calipers pop. Thanks for sharing.

That's an awesome car! We were at an exotics meet earlier today and there were plenty of beautiful Porsches there.

So what problems did your family member have with his M5?
