My Ride: 2004 530I Black/Black, Premium/Sport, Navigation
2005 545I Silver/Black, Premium/Sport, Logic 7, Navigation
Just came back from M.Benz New ML test Drive. Much better than the previous version, better looking exterior and interior. Improved handling, now it feel like the combination of current X5 + Cayenne. Looks like Benz is making their car more sportier and trying to steal customer from BMW.
Anyway, i will still wait till next year for the facelifted version of Cayenne or the New X5.

[/quote]Cayenne is getting facelift--the spy pix have been out for a while. Not sure if it's next year or not, but the headlights are being revised (less ugly...
), among other areas.

Anyone who wants an ML should buy at their own risk. We had a 2000 ML320 which was the third year of that model and it was a complete piece of sh**. Sure it drove well but we had problems with every system on that car-- after four years of negotiating with MBUSA, we final got them to repurchase the car from us. Don't buy Mercedes. It is a crap car for people who enjoying having their cars serviced frequently.

I'm sorry to say but My friend has a ML 2000 or 2001 and its a complete piece of junk. Its the worse Mercedes out there... worse than the C. You dont get a decent car from mercedes till you reach the E class and higher.
About the New ML I dont like it really... its 1000X better than the old one but now it looks like a Toyota 4 runner with the same rear lines and all.
