Hi guys, I've just purchased a new Mercedes Benz and would like to do some research on the car like what I've been doing on my e60 here. Anyone can suggest a couple MB site that are good?

Also, I've a chance to do an European Delivery in January. I'm wondering what's the road condition between Stuttgart to Paris at that time of the year? Is there snow covering the road? Do I need to have snoew tires under local law?

The X6 is great! It's just that I have too many big cars in the household and I want to get a small one this time.

Unless the weather forecast is severe snow you shouldn't have any problems going from Stuttgart to Paris. Your biggest headaches will be traffic and Autobahn construction. Nonstop it'll probably take you about 8-9 hours.

You will need winter or M+S rated tires.

Where exactly are picking the car up at, the factory or dealership?

I'll be picking up the car from the European Delivery Centre in Stuttgart. I thought it's only a 5 hours drive to Paris from there. So I guess performance tires will definitely not going to work during that time.

I use a guy in Oakville MB. I've known him for many years and bought many cars from him already. I agreed, I hate those sales in Kennedy as well.

5 Hours from Kaiserslautern maybe, and that's near the border.

Depending on what time you leave Stuttgart, you could be hemmed up in traffic just trying to get out of town. I used to hate it when I had to drive anywhere between Stuttgart and Frankfurt on a weekday.
