Maybe some Audi experts from the audi forums will know better. You'd best contact your local ACS supplier or directly ACS Germany and hope they don't have a heart attack

Wrong bolt pattern and offset. Audis will have a 5x112 (instead of BMW's 5x120). Also, even if you got them redrilled, the offsets most likely wouldn't work. Most Audis will have high offsets, while rwd BMW's will have low ones.
