I saw that thread on both M5board and MBWorld. The CLS is a interesting vehicle for MB. Seems like they weren't sure what exactly to do with it, coupe or sedan? The result was a 4 door coupe. Now, it would appear that very soon BMW will have a 4 door coupe as well.

MB knew exactly what they were doing and they did an awesome job with it. The CLS is one of the most distinctive cars on the road and it'll be interesting to see how the Porsche Panamera, Aston Martin Rapide and BMW CS will do. They certainly all look beautiful in pictures.
