Panamera is NOT a sedan. Its an ugly child of a sports car and a truck. Barf.
Wow, this coming from a guy with a Z3 Coupe.

I actually love the Z3 Coupe by the way. It's just that I'm sure you're very well aware of the love/hate mentality for that car.

I'll take Z3 M Coupe over Panamera anyday. Especially if you take into account their respective prices.
M Coupe is BEAUTIFUL design, Panamera is....meh.

I agree, although it's interesting to note that the Panamera does give up 56 bhp to the CTS-V (500bhp vs 556 bhp) and is slightly heavier (despite the Panamera being a much bigger car than the CTS-V, weights are close) so it's clear that the advantage at the Ring comes from better handling.
It was the regular panamera? Not the turbo that posted this time? I thought the turbo had 600ish hp

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, TexaZ3. I'm one of the ones who likes the M3 Coupe too, but it's true to say that it's far from universally loved.

It was the turbo, it's 500hp stock but will be very easily tunable to well north of 600hp (the Cayenne Turbo engine has shown it's stable and easily upgradeable to well over 700hp).

I'll take speed over beauty in a car if I have to chose. The Panamera's looks may grow on me. When I first saw the E60 in Germany prior to the US release, I thought it was ugly. But its looks grew on me and BMW improved the looks.

Hopefully the F10 M5 will have both looks and power.
i hated the panarama when i first saw it. now when i visit porsche's website, i notice the car has grown on me

No question about it. A lot of people think M Coupe is ugly as hell, but that's ok - I like driving "controversial" cars. I get compliments everywhere I go though.
People who think its ugly just afraid to speak up, I guess!

I kinda like the look of the Panamera, at least it doesn't look like everything else.

The price will probably keep me away though. I have enough trouble affording the BMW premium, Porsche is a pretty big step up in cost to own...

Sunday's episode of Top Gear had the new Panamera in it. It was the base version Panamera.

May and Hammond did a challenge in the car.
