That's a brain twister for sure.
I've heard things like "sometimes less is more." But, "enough being too much" is enough to be too much for my mind to fathom. I'll try to help the phrase stick though. I think that enough is too much on the street or strip when there is no way to use each gear effectively--ignoring top-speed-in-gear issues. Gotcha!
