At similar prices, the Bugatti is a no brainer as it is the MUCH better car.

Every review (Top Gear, Fifth Gear etc.) says the Veyron is in a different league than all other supercars and is an engineering masterpiece. The Reventon basically adds some body panels, nicer interior materials and some videogame instruments - that is it.

As they say...a sucker is born every minute.

Also, the Veyron may be expensive, but its not overpriced - even at $1.7 million, Bugatti is not going to make a profit as it is a showcase car to get the company brand momentum.

Rich people have very few good friends . . . hence, if they ask you for advice, they probably mean it. If you have that kind of money to spend on one item, a car, than any amount of money that most of us can dream of, probably doesn't mean much to the wealth person.

So, the topic is Bugatti or Lamb. I vote for Bugatti because of the engineering involved and the exclusive brand of Bugatti. Look at their history. Lamborghini, well, they're Lamborghini.

In the end, advice your neighbor and tell him to flip the dime that make him wealthy.

I don't think he will care about the future value of these cars. For people that rich, they need to find way to spend it. 1.8 million won't put a dent in his bank account. He should get both, so he won't regret later..

Don't waste money on cars under $300,000.
