Yep, the Zonda not DOT certified, so it can't be driven on the street in the US. The Koenigsegg (at least the CCX) is.
Maybe they don't sell enough Zonda in US to work on this. I think they make 20 cars per year or so.

For those of us in the US though, this means you really have to love the Zonda to get one as a dedicated track car. There are many cheaper, WAY faster track cars available.
