My Ride: 2004 525i Executive
interms of speed on a straight line, even with minor mods such as rpi scoop, sb and an aftermarket airfilter etc. what can an 525i beat?

My Ride: 2008 528i 6MT, Sport Pkg, Prem Pkg, sprint booster, ram air, BMC filter.
Is that really your objective? To beat other cars? Or, do you take pride in driving one of the finest cars out on the road?
Seriously, how often do you plan on pulling up next to someone and race them to the next stop light?

debage you car if there is an unsecurity about it, and act like you are not interested to race.. like you are to mature for that.
but if you think about it, 525 has a great in line v6 in it. it a very good engine and like you said it can beat cars like chrysler 300c or lexus gs300. So enjoy your car..I had one before and i really liked it.
