Help: Will the E46 M3 Wheels and Tires fit on E60

I have an almost new set of E46 M3 18" Wheels and Tires out of 2002 M3 that I would like to install on 2005 E60 530i. Before I even go through the trouble of trying, does anybody know if they would fit?

I believe offsets are wrong (at least the rears, if not the front as well).
you will need at least a 20mm spacer to make it work
