I do not agree with all of the above points u mentioned. That the 4 stands for awd is a fact and what i stated about the S was bs. But that a C4S will outrun an E46 M3 i do not agree with. The C4S has less hp, 4wheel drive and tiptronic and weighs even more. And i dont think its correct to compare the E36 M3 with the E46 M3 cause there really is a difference in power aswell as in performance.
Mine was an E46 by the way with standard 343hp, so a gain of 17hp (not even 5%) is not impossible although i agree with u that remapping is often exaggerated.
Btw, dont forget that the european M3 has more hp than the american version.

. A manual one can and does (i also know that to my slight embarrasment, when i got slightly owned back in the day)BTW mine was also chipped and recorded 362bhp (give or take depending on dyno, some showed 355)

Yesterday While I was at the traffic light in my 550i, a 300C was next to me and seemed interested to race with me. I could easily beat him until the next traffic light where we had to stop again. He got crazy and wanted to confirm he is beaten, and again I beat him like hell

I is very common to pass inside lane in Hong Kong.

It's lucky you weren't racing the SRT, as the result would have been reversed. You'll have no problem despatching a vanilla 300c but we can't outrun the SRT version from a stoplight.

they are light and have turbo.
