That car is built by a guy named Topo from Mafia Customs. I heard he was building 1 of those cars for Forgiato, the other is for Asanti, and the other on for some other wheel company. All 3 debuting at SEMA. He is well know in the lowrider world. Crazy ass work. Check out this Deville he converted from a 4 door into a 2 door convertible.
Any updates from the new Dinan building across your place? Dinan tuned m3..?
