Like the brabus kit, what is the extra lights for, wow 4 fog lights, My stock already have two 
So a a kit and drop exhaust rims, just got new tires so rims will have to wait, i'll do the search for the kit first.

Black edition body kits are hardly available anywhere. Just get the AMG63 kit, 18 or 19 inch wheels, exhaust, and drop, but don't need a drop if you have ethe sports package, i dono if its the same there as in thailand, where I am now. I currently have a CLK 280 in Thailand, replacement for my 525iSE. 280 is the biggest you can get here in Thailand, and I waited almost a year on order for it. If you want to work a lot on the car, go DTM instead of AMG63.
