Or maybe the car's aerodynamics become unstable after 199 mph such as too much lift and not enough downforce. Personally, I would think that C's trunk and rood spolilers would solve that issue in two seconds.
You would think that without the speed limiter, that AMG car (I assume that it is the SL65 Black Series) would be good for 205-210 mph or so with its motor.

I have not researched this particular Fisker offering but if his past performance on new cars is an indication of the future this may not come to be or at a much higher price tag. Not been on the mark on his offerings especially due to funding issues. Maybe it will be different this time around.
