Nice job M3.

The C63 was a very close second. It seemed to out perform the M3, but they deducted for harsh-feel suspension and they didn't really like the looks.

C63 does 0-60 in 3.9 sec. WOW!

whew ! I thought for sure that MB was gonna take it lol yay for bmw!

 

Yep I thought the MB would take it also. But looks like BMW did it again, making the true enthusiast car.

But I can't get over the 3.9 sec 0-60 time, that is insane. Does anyone know if there is a faster production sedan or is the C63 the fastest?

 

I dont think MB S65 can outperform that 0-60 time and im confident no RS6 can get close neither.

 

I think it was the E63 that was claiming the "fastest production sedan" label. But Car & Driver tested the E63 at 4.2 sec. Now that C&D tested the C63 at 3.9 sec. I think we have a new winner.

 

I'll be test driving both the 63 and the M3... based on the power ratings im more leaning towards the C63 but i know the m3 will win me over once i test drive it.
BMW has been doing this to me everytime i shop for other competitors...

 

It really comes down to if you want a manual or not. If you want manual get the M3, if not get the C63. Car & Driver said the C63 has "the worlds best automatic".

 

Imagine, 3.9 sec for 0-60 on an Automatic? That's insane... I wonder how much faster it would be if it there was a Manual version...

 

I'd say, it would be slower with a manual. But that's just me.
