The current EuropeanCar magazine has an article featuring this M3 as well as 2 other cars from Brabham, an M6 convertible and an X6. The M6 boasts 597 hp from a stroked 5.5L engine. I just can't see how they can charge $100K more for the mods on the M6 and the $300K price for the M3 pictured here.

BTW, the wheels on the M3 are 19x10 and 19x12.

So I am guessin the 494hp figure is at the crank. Seems a little weak for the money.

RD sport stroker is putting out ~527hp at the crank, before the final tuning has been done. Plus their body kit looks much better.

Yeah I believe it's at the crank cause there's no disclaimer on the article stating that it's at the wheels like they normally do. That's why I also think it's overpriced. The dinan stroker is about half the price and produces around 630hp at the crank, with a lot more torque (484 for Dinan vs 413 for Brabham).

I agree. Also take into account a M3post member just dynoed his bolt-on mod M3 at 392hp to the wheels, about ~480hp crank. Gintani tuned: exhaust, pulley, tune, drop-in filter, and rpi scoops. Damn good power for bolt-ons.
