BMW and Mercedes co-operation on engines

I don't know if it has been already discussed here, but I received this information today from Germany.
The news is that MB will use engine blocks and/or complete BMW engines for some cars. ...GO Mercedes GO

Has anyone heard something about that? German members? Ice?

Edit: No, it's not 1st of April today

I haven't heard anything like that but if it's true, does that mean M-B has admitted that BMW makes better engines?

I hope they don't mess with the AMG engines, I like the bigger displacement normally aspirated 6.2 V8's.

Ya I like BMW engines better overall but I LOVE their AMG engines... I almost want to say I like the AMG engines more than the ///M engines... eeeek
