My Ride: 545i SMG with Limited Slip Differential

Pls opinion especially on the engine. Torque, smoothness, etc.
And what about the S-tronic? Any comparison with SMG (don't laugh please) ?
I drove the R8 that has the 'R-tronic', that I bet is the same.
