Interesting... They gave the first place to E63, second to Audi S6 and third and last to M5. Any test by a US magazine would put these cars the exactly opposite order.

The Car and Driver article was very interesting (link below) - the S6 got top ratings for handling despite weighing a lot and (essentially) tied the Benz in total points despite a relatively poor 0-60 showing (5.4 sec). For $78K, it looks like a reasonable alternative to a loaded 550i.
Even with the manual, why would one choose a M5?
