I know our 545i's outclass 300c's with the Hemi but how about "outgun"?
What i mean is how do the two compare performance-wise?![Smile](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/smile.gif)
The upcoming 300c SRT-8 is a different ballgame, more like M5 territory

Quite frankly, I'm very impressed with the performance numbers and reviews the 300c's been putting up. And yes the SRT is to the M series, AMG, etc. I am also impressed with Chryslers desire to push the envelope so to speak.
Unfortunately I have had horrible experiences with Chrysler products and I'm very hesitant to buy another, however...
...has anyone had a look at the new coupe concept Chrysler's built on the Viper chassis? This thing is drop dead gorgeous and has the SRT V8 hemi.
This has to be a golden age for anyone that loves cars! Infiniti's new M45, Acura's RL/TL, Cadillac CTS-V, GTO, Mustang GT, etc, etc, etc...

I really don't think so. The quarter mile acceleration the bimmer has better mph. Anyway it depends who drives it and besides not everything is straight line performance. At 130mph you can start saying bye bye
