Wow I definitely will not be buying from them. (Even though I don't need anything, just saying!)

Well guys seems like he shipped it now since after he seen the thread I posted up. Just got an email with tracking. We will see what happens

Label/Receipt Number:
Class: Express Mail®
Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on February 26, 2010 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later.

At least this is moving in the right direction. Keep us posted on the outcome. If you remain dissatisfied you always have the dispute option available to you . Credit Card protection is a good feature that still remains available to consumers.

After 3 weeks of the runaround I still would not be satisfied, I'd refuse the shipment and still dispute it with the card company. I would have no problem with a vendor that is honest and let's me know there is or will be a delay with my order and gives me regular updates and a reasonable expectation of shipment, but this is just ridiculous. No one needs to wait 3 weeks for friggin lights.
