I ordered a front bumper from trinity and a rear from umnitza on the same day. As we speak my front bumper is getting installed at the body shop and the rear was just shipped (yesterday or the day before) and I'm hoping to get a call from grey hound by next week . And that's only because I checked the tracking info on the umnitza bumper after it had been marked as "shipped" to find out it had really not yet been shipped. To their credit, they called me to rectify the mix up after an angry email.

Still no rear bumper from umnitza. Though I was told "it should be" in Chicago and someone's trying to trace it. I guess I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope my items get found.

Meanwhile, my front bumer and side skirts need a companion.

It doesn't matter who you order from, unless you live down the street from the warehouse - 1-2 weeks is about the norm for something that size to get shipped. I ordered OEM and it still took me that long to get my stuff. I can't argue against suspect customer service but one does need patience.

It took 2 weeks to get my parts, about a month to find the right body shop, another 2-3 weeks to get everything painted and installed, then another week working out deficiencies in the install until everything was on right.

Ya. Slow shipping is one thing. But I will say that I am so happy with the level of courteousness that received with each contact at umnitza. So maybe you're right, Poor customer service should not be automatically lumped in with slow shipping.

Greyhound has a habit of delaying some shipments to Chicago recently. We could always charge you way more for shipping and do door to door, but wasting money on shipping is just that, a waste. It's not a value add to the product at all.

I ordered a full Mtech kit from Umnitza on a Thursday afternoon and it was ready to pick up Saturday evening at the Greyhound station. I do live in California, so probably why it was quicker, but really didn't expect it to be that fast.
