Not to mention I constantly harass the shit out of them, getting prices etc etc... they never give "no" for an answer
+1 I'm guilty of that

Yeah and since I am friends with Joe outside this forum, let me tell you, he works his ass off trying to please everyone. He works in the middle of the night sometimes and even gets calls when he is sleeping from customers at 3 am from the East Coast and still picks them up to answer questions. He always has his phone on him, and unlike some vendors he answers your questions very quickly.

You not only get great products from Trinity Autosport but first class customer service and awesome pricing.

Also many of us from the forum, MANY, know Joe in person, so you guys don't have to worry about anything like quad_m happening,

A few months ago, I discovered aFe had launched the CAI for the 545i. Joe was instrumental in ensuring that we got a great group buy price. Now I had never met Joe before, except for a few exchanges here in the forums. Joe allowed me, a complete stranger, to come to his house, at night, to pick up my CAI!!! Not only that, he put the damn thing in for me while we conversed, and even encouraged me to take HIS car for a spin to feel the difference in his ECU-remapped 545!!! With that, he gained my loyalty and friendship (I turned his offer for the test spin down. At that point, I didn't need proof to understand he's a genuine article great guy). Now I gotta find the time to meet up with both he and Nerwill for a few rounds on me to say thanks. Both are great guys who understand the value of customer service and satisfaction. Hell, even my girlfriend was shocked by the level of service they offer. Thanks Trinity!!!
