Maybe it's time to be more strict on vendors? Some forums that I'm a vendor on require a copy of my business license and seller's permit. This way they can verify the seller's permit # online matches who they say they are and any fraud would be a federal crime since the Board of Equalization is a government entity.
I know that would probably be a huge pain in the butt for the mods but it would definitely protect the buyers a bit more.

Cant wait to see this guys face in the paper for defrauding all you guys. I think it would be best for all the complaints to be directed to the one single detective working the case so he can understand the size of this issue. Are you guys working with local authorities in Ft Lauderdale?

I agree with this wholeheartedly. Is anyone working with the authorities in Tony's locale? We should get a list going with the amounts paid and names and contact information for the detective. He has 4000.00 dollars of my money. (2350.00 for 08 M tech and 1650.00 for M5 mirrors). HE HAS TO BE IN THE TENS OF THOUSANDS IF NOT APPROACHING ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS OF FRAUDULENT DEALINGS! I would imagine a detective in the internet crimes division would salivate at the prospect of prosecuting him!

This should be a wakeup call to everyone, if Quad_m has 4000$ of Bud's money and he has less than 100 postings then what about the other members on this site who arent active like Bud and have spent money with Quad_m?
I think the only way this will be resolved is if everyone contacts the local authorites in Ft Lauderdale where Quad M is based and file directly thru them. Instead of 100 people filing in 100 different directions why not direct all the force on one dectives desk so something can be resolved?
This Quad_m guy is bullshit, I cant believe this guy took this much money. He definitly will make the news when they catch him.
