Why is that strange for me? Well, in my experience, I've done work involving factories/shops and when I go there, I take MY OWN CAMERA, take a bunch of pics, take them home, and select/choose/edit them on my own computer. Makes sense, right?

This sucks guys, good luck getting your money back.
I dealt with him early 2007 with all the hype going around him - he sure did build up some customer base here before pulling this stunt.

WOW, this has really escalated.
I got word last week that BofA has fully credited my account and consider the matter closed.
I ordered a M decklid spolier on 6/5. Cancelled order w/ Tony, notified PayPal and Bof A on 7/8. Matter closed on 7/24
I got lucky.

It would have been interesting to ask this question to Clonespecialists but now that it's out in the public, all I'll say is that most of the recent photos Tony posted (in older threads) were all taken with a Sony DSC-T100 camera (including the one of the bumper on the 1er forum that was taken on 2/22/2008) and the recent photos of the body shop posted by Clonespecialists were taken with a Kodak DX4530. The body shop photos were taken on 8/5/2008 (around noon if the time was correct on the camera)...

Do you know any BMW dealerships in that area who might have been Tony's supplier? It only makes sense that he got his stuff from someone States-side, not direct from Germany, so maybe if there are any members who know Florida BMW management well..
maybe you could ask to see because it should be easy to find since they would have steadily supplied a Florida company/person with dozens of M-Tech kits?
