Just recently ordered a diffuser from John@Eurorev. I must say I was pretty impressed by the customer service that I received from John and the Eurorev crew. I made it clear that I wanted to know when to expect the item, I wanted the tracking once shipped, and I asked for extra protective wrapping so it would have no transport issues.
John told me it would take two weeks to get my order complete. At exactly 2 weeks he called me and told me it was complete. He also said that I could expect it this coming Tuesday, but it got here even earlier, by two days earlier. Once I opened my package the wrap was very good. Lots of bubble wrap, per my request. I did not expect to get this good of service from eurorev, but I do honestly beleive that they try to take care all of their customers. When I called up the shop to speak to John, it sounded very busy. With many members asking for quotes and packages he still covered all of the Q&A's. I know eurorev has had some bad feedback in the past along with lots of great feedback, but for me I had very good customer service. If you are not local and would like to order from eurorev; be clear of what you expect and I am sure John will try his hardest to take care of your needs.
Just a FYI, their custom shop that makes the splitters and other products, is a seperate party that provides these parts for them. They do not have control of when they will get the custom parts, but they will inform you of a estimated time of completion of custom products.
Thanks for giving us the discounts on the Good Faith thread, particularly honoring the said price on the Hartge diffuser per my request.
