Hey all,
I bought the H8 GXP from these guys and one of them was faulty. Sent them back, and guess what. THe package I sent them in was completely open and shredded, and the writing was smudged (water damage, it was dry when I left it). I had a tracking number and confirmend that the package was the same, but before I could send it to them my cleaning lady disposed of it. Jennifer graciously agreed to take my word for it and send out a replacement. (I had been corrisonding with her about it from the beginning, and of course I didn't buy insurance for the package) Huge shout out for excellent customer service!
