I think what frustrates the buyer the most is the service.

Vendors, you need to try your best to synchronize communication with your buyers .

they dont want your business, its as simple as that

shops that actually value you as a customer wont treat you this way

i can almost imagine them saying "fuck him, he bought reps"

It is such a stark contrast between the So Cal members (most of whom seem to swear by EuroRev) and the non So Cal members (who have reported in their threads and posts a far different experience).

May just be because the people in charge of the walk-ins don't deal with internet orders and shipping is handled by someone who knows next to nothing about what they're doing. Or maybe their online business is handled by an outside person/company, who don't even work out of the same building...

One thing's for sure: Eurorev is a local shop - if you don't live close enough for pick up, look elsewhere - at least such is the impression, apparently.

I've had some problems too, I bought carbon interior from them and recieved it broken, I try to contact them but without succes. So I spent 600$ for nothing it sits at my garage.

I've been a EuroRev customer for over 7 yrs with no problems at all. All my cars have been modded by Vincent with no issues.
