Ok... I have only ordered from two vendors thus far on e60.net. Erick Pardal-- Elite Motorsport BMW has been great responding to my emails, and yes i had alot of questions. I purchased both my 6000k lowbeam bulbs and my 6000k HID fog lights. I had one of my fog lights bulbs blow out and sent it back to Erick for a replacement. Well...long story short it wasnt the bulb it was the ballast.
Erick had already sent me a new bulb and am recieving my new ballast shortly. I even called his cell when installing these kits and he was happy to answer my installation questions.

Erick is an awesome seller! He hooked me up with my HID kit. He actually went out of his way to help me in the installation process. I highly recommend him!!!

Erick has been great to work with my purchase of the LED Angel Eyes and the HID fog light kit . He has good prices and quality products. His install instructions were very handy, helpful, and clear. His communication is fast and clear in helping me workout an issue with one of my LEDs.

Great Communication before and after the sale. The 6000K fog lights are very bright, give off no error codes and were shipped promptly.

Erick has been slow to respond to me lately. my HID fog kit causes errors and does not work. Will keep you posted. The kit came extremely quickly, but one side goes out after a few min of use (random sides/not the connection).
waiting on some canceller cables or new ballasts to try hopefully he will send them out to me
