Thanks Michael kindly for the help EVEN though he did not get a sale from me. Needed a warranty exchange from VMR due to one smaller than pin-hole sized hole on one wheel. It was a little porous and I am losing about 3-5 pounds a day. Pounds of air. I wish I was losing weight. LOL. Anyway, I contacted Michael since I also wanted to get a set of V710s. Michael contacted Gideon over at VMR and told him the situation. Michael then replied back to me giving me a number to call and who to speak to. This is all WITHIN 24 hours. I had everything situated and Gideon @ VMR helped me get an excellent deal (not disclosing price ) to get the gunmetal V710s that's exclusive to EAS in lieu of a warranty exchange and I get to keep the VB2 wheels. After a day, my mailing address and CC info was taken down. Wheels coming in tuesday. Thanks for Michael for the help and Gideon @ VMR!
stories like these are what make a great vendor, going above and beyond the call of duty to help another member out. Not because he was making money off of you but because he is a nice guy

congrats on the warranty issue getting solved.

Just recently purchased a set of HAWKS pad from Michael. He was prompted in getting back to me with my need of a set of new pads. He recommended me the HAWKS over my current Axxis, and since the install on Tues it's been working great. I didnt notice any difference from my Axxis but my warped rotors are gone and thats all it mattered. Michael was fast in shipping my pads to me in 1 day thats fast. Michael from acuteperformance is the way to go for fast transaction and shipping i would definetly do business again with him. Thanks again michael

Ordered my set of DPE's through Michael with custom offsets and finish. Best price and deal on these wheels anyone could get.

Mucho kudos!
