The phone is connecting to the car but needs the code to set up.

If you are looking for the numerical code used for pairing the phone to the car, it can be any combination of digits you want. There is no prescribed number sequence or code.

The key to pairing is to use the same code on both the car and the phone. The car lets you enter whatever code you like so if the phone also allows you to choose a code, just be sure to choose the same code on both. I think you can figure out the other possible combinations...

Right, unless one of the devices (like the phone) has a prescribed code. Usually, devices with keypads will allow you to choose your own but you never know.

Be sure to use as long a passcode as the devices will support. Small codes can be bruteforced in a trivial amount of time. Also, different device pairings can use different codes... say, your phone could use one code to pair with the car and a different one to pair with a computer.
