Anyone try saving names and numbers in the voice phone book? My system does not recognize the "store name " Command. I am doing it wrong?

mine works fine, just say "Help" and follow instructions, "save Name" should prompt the response, "please say the name", say the name and you should get " please say the number" etc

 

Thanks, When I say "SAVE NAME" it does not recgonize it. I tried it many times.

 

Probably a dumb question, but this only applies to cars with the BMW phone?

I have bluetooth, it may not work with the bmw phone, not sure. Do any of the other commands work ?

 

I have the BMW telephone, all voice commands related to the phone worked from day 1.

 

After playing with it today , the voice phone book and its options do not work but...When I say "dail Name" It will ask me to say the name, I then say a name from my Phones directory and it works? It that suppose to happen? How does it understand from my phone directory verbal commands?
