Make sure in Bluetooth setting of your TREO, you make it discoverable.

Make sure you have the most up to date firmware for the Treo. I had the same problem and downloaded the ROW firmware update for the 650 and this issue has resolved itself completely.

The Treo 650 is the most buggy phone ever manufactured I wonder how Palm got away with selling so many faulty devices.

I used to have some issues with my TREO too. But I loved the phone. THE issues arise not from PALMONE OS, but from the tinkering all the SERVICE PROVIDERS do to LOCK it in to their NETWORK.

Take my advice, do what i did. I ordered an UNLOCKED version of the TREO 650 from PALMONE's website. I can put any sim card into it, from any carrier. The phone works great. No more resets (Every 2 months maybe), and no more auto-restarting.

Your other option is to call sprint, do a warranty exchange.

By chance do you have any phone numbers with "extra" numbers following?

something like: 310.555.1212,,1234

You should find lots of previous posts on this. In order to avoid the auto-rebootting, make sure you don't have any "extra didgits" in your speed dial list.
