My Ride: 2001 BMW M3
Titanium Silver/ Black
I have a CDMA SpintPCS 650. The phone links but I still have to hit the 'answer' button on the phone before sound will come through the speakers. None of the phonebook will link. And the 'Number pad' in iDrive is not there. Version 15.2 software has been installed. What is the issue? Is there settings in the phone? What is the car kit update?

there is an update for the treo 650 that you need to get..... try palm's site and report back...

My Ride: 2005 545i SMG. Titanium Grey with Grey interior and Anthracite wood.
I purchased a Treo 650 yesterday and did the software upgrade from Cingular on my phone. The phone works great now in the car. Thanks for all the help. I places a new topic with the link to download the software here.

My Ride: 530i 6-speed, orient blue, Beige leather interior, poplar trim, head-up display, dynamic drive, active cruise control, active steering, heated sports steering wheel, adaptive xenon headlights (auto levelling) with headlight washers, alarm, glass sunroof, advanced A/C, nav pro, voice command, logic 7, cd changer, auto dimming mirrors, fold down rear seats, skibag, sport suspension, Aux input, Treo 650 Bluetooth
I have a April 04 build and just had bluetooth enabled in the car. The treo 650 would soft reset during the phone book transfer. Some of my favorite contacts contained extra digits for pin numbers and credit card information. Also included were several one second pause commands (,) and (#). These pause commands were causing the soft resets during the phone book transfer. The (#) seem to be okay. I removed the pauses and all of the favorites are now succesfully transfered

Do any of you have a problem with call waiting with BT on the D60. I can go to the second call, but then the car gets confused, it shows the first call and then gets hung when I end the call.
Restarting the BT on either the car or the phone returns eveything to normal.

[/quote]I figured out that it was the attachment of additional numbers that were to dial automatically that caused the conflict. I now have 40 numbers in the favorites with no conflicts.
