Incoming calls and outgoing are displayed with name or number of whoever is calling
Voice Dialing works also
It only has disconnected on me a couple of times but connected it right back wihtt he G1
never had to resync or pair up again

My Ride: A Car
my stupid bluetooth is getting VERY scratchy and I can hardly hear anyone over the speakers. I'm going to try my gf's G1. It might be my G1. I tried unpairing and pairing it back. No use.
