Strange! My IDrive shows wrong caller ID

Hi, first post - great forum. I have an '07 550 (California) and am having a very strange bluetooth/cell problem. I just got a new Treo 700P (Sprint) which paired with the BMW just fine but is exhibiting one weird side-effect: the I-Drive caller ID shows my PREVIOUS call on incoming calls, not the current caller's number. The caller ID on the phone shows the right caller ID. Any ideas? Thanks in advance
