Stereo Audio Streaming ??
A lot of the new cell phones can stream stereo audio through Bluetooth. I have a LG Env2 that will play MP3 to Bluetooth stereo headsets. The Env2 syncs up to my 2004 530i after a TCU upgrade and works great. Has anyone heard if BMW has, or will make Bluetooth stereo streaming available through the audio system?

No. No support for these profiles.
The cleanest solution would be to plug one of these http://www.anycom.com/products/bluetooth_a...p;partno=CC3318 into the iPod integration adapter (if you have this in your car).
If you don't have iPod integration, then the next-best thing would be to use a device like this http://www.motorola.com/motoinfo/product/d...balObjectId=152 and plug it into the aux jack (if you have one in your car).
In either case, you're adding an external bluetooth radio that supports the proper profiles to connect to a stereo Bluetooth device and stream the audio. The only difference is in how these devices are powered, how they feed audio into the car, and whether or not information is passed to the on-screen display in the car.
The first option is powered since it sits on a standard iPod dock connector in the glove box (part of the iPod integration kit). The audio is passed via the iPod integration cable, and the onscreen control and information will appear in accordance with the CD changer/iPod integration construct.
The small aux-in device will not show anything on screen, will be powered only by its own juice, and will connect via a 1/8" stereo plug.
The first option is pricey - cost of iPod kit install + ~$30 for the FIPO adapter
The second option is less costly - cost of AUX modification + ~20 for the Motorola adapter + stereo cable
