Thanks for that Oyster! My car arrives this Thursday so will be compatible with the Snap-In adaptor. Now to find out whether the Sony Ericsson w810i will also fit, I know both the K750i & W800i phones do!
I got my W810i the other day and works fine in the K750i cradle...Took a couple of times to pair it and needed to reboot both car and phone but it works fine........

Good call that man. Who is your local dealer? I use Sycamore in Peterborough.
Mine came from Sycamore also.
Do you have the problem that the suffix from the phone book for home, work, mobile etc seems to make the voice dialling unreliable. I am trying to work out if this can be overcome and the suffix dropped.

Is the part number only for the UK? I asked Circle BMW in NJ for the part, and it doesn't show up in their system at all.
Anyone in the US can help? Thanks!!

If your usage is limited then it's fine. Also the suffix for the mobile numbers do interfere with voice dialing.

The Sony Ericsson k750i Snap-In adaptor was supposed to be available in Germany from 1st March 2006. It is Part No. 84 21 9 116 566. Would somebody based in Germany kindly check with their dealer to see whether they are available yet?
I've got a German dealer who's going to ship me one to the UK as soon as he gets it, I'm not sure whether the delay is with my dealer or whether they're not currently available.
Many thanks,
Mark.
