snap in pin outs for mobile phone cradle

I have a bluetooth enable idrive in an 07 e61. It has the snap in cradle in the cntre cosole BUT I cannot find a snap in for my Motorola Q9h (it works well via BlueTooth but does not charge and does not use shark fin in this mode). The Q9h has a micro USB and was thinking about building a cable that connected to the snap in multi-way connector that at least charged the phone or best plugged into shark fin. Any ideas on the wiring pin outs of the connector?
