each time you got back into the car you had to pair again which was a pain in the arse but now no probs with new phone.

525iiiii,

I picked up my E900 on Saturday 15th July and it paired no problem. Never managed to get the phone book with my Samsung D500 The only issue I have is it doesn't display multiple numbers for individual entrys. e.g. Mobile, Home, Office. Do you have this too? I've no idea which CIP or BT version my car is using.

Great, I look forward to hearing how you get on.

I like the phone. I had a Samsung D500 and although it paired ok with the car the phone didn't transfer. The phone itself is very sleek and although the heat sensitive button will take a bit of getting used to I'm glad I went for it. There wasn't anything else on the market that appealled to me. Battery life so far has been good and that's with bluetooth constantly on. Call clarity is good too. I bought it as an upgrade on Orange an received an unbranded handset so no personalised Orange nonsense. They still managed to lock the network though.

What's you opinion of the phone?

my wife bought the chocolate phone which is also nice but that would not pair with the car. I bought mine sim free from vodafone shop. Yes i do like it i have always had nokias so it is taking a bit to get used to it but it is a cool phone and dont you just love the zoom noise on the camera
