Not that particular model, but I have issues with my Samsung A900. Do a search but Samsung phones seem to have problems with the BMW configuration, something in the software. I can get my A900 to pair and works great but once the car goes in to sleep mode after being off for more than 20 minutes, it "forgets" my phone and I have to do the pairing all over. Other Samsung users have reported problems including not being able to download contacts. Go into the settings menu and make sure your phone's software is up to date. There is an option there to update software, at least there was on mine. Good luck.

Thanks for the help, I'll check into the phone software.
