HELP! My BMW dealer stuffed up my options - they told me that "Preparation for Bluetooth Mobile" would enable me to use the BMW ConnectedDrive Service (BMW TeleAssist and BMW Online) when i ordered it but it turns out that "Preparation for Bluetooth Mobile Business" is required! This is particularly frustrating as i did my researched and checked that the Business version was required but the people at the BMW dealership we sure that the standard bluetooth mobile was sufficient! Turns out that i have no SOS button and won't be able to get onto ConnectedDrive. The dealership is looking into retrofitting the Business system into my 530i - does anyone know if this is possible? I don't want them to just tell me that it's no possible ('cause it would cost them a whole bunch of money) when it actually is possible. And any suggestions as to what would be reasonable compensation for their stuff-up!?
