OK- here's something unusual- when I am accessing my Voicemail via Bluetooth with a Motorola V330 (T-Mobile), after I connect I am supposed to press "1" to play new messages. Lately when I do this (scrolling to "1" with iDrive, then pressing the button down), instead of a brief tone I get this continuous "stuck" tone which will play indefinitely unless I disconnect my phone from Bluetooth. The phone itself works fine (no stuck tone), and the whole Bluetooth thing otherwise works great. Is this happening to anyone else? This has only recently begun happening, and I have not otherwise changed anything.....any suggestions?

I can't say I've heard of that one but it doesn't surprise me at all. The phone I have (CPT9000) is the "buggiest" part of my car. If they can't get it right with a wired connection, how can they do it wirelessly?

(I realize that BT works for the most part -- I'm only commenting that they more than likely gave up on fixing the CPT9000 and focused their energy on BT...)

I've not played with doing anything in iDrive after dialing a name or number so I do not know this. But didn't one of the CIPs (19.01) fix a hanging situation with the "p" for pause? Is the act of using another number sequence after the call is made tied in any way to this pause issue? Probably not, just thinking out loud.

I read where the pause bug is fixed and I'm happy about that one! I'll know for sure if it applies to the CPT9000 in a few weeks when I can slow down enough to get the car in...

Well, the problem appears to be intermitent- happening slightly more often than not. For the first several months I owned the car it never did this- I am starting to wonder if there are ever any "over the air" updates. Lately, I have been getting a small "cellphone" icon on the iDrive display when I activate Bluetooth......
