Potential Customer

Reports such as this make me really question whether I will purchase a BMW 5 series in the near future. These cars are not inexpensive, and the manufacturer should provide a better lever of service and assistance.

potential customer, i hope this won't scare you away :'(. imo, there is nothing on the street can really compare with a e60 in this price range. really why you see this just because you are in a bmw forum. i'm sure you'll see the same or even more problems in forums other than bmw. so i hope you test drive everything that is in your mind and make a final decision. for me, i'm very happy with my car but not happy with my dealer .
