I see that most members do not include their Cell phone service provider when discussing the merits of various phones such as the RAZR. It would help others to know this, although it is probably true that in the case of most Motorola phones they work in the same manner independent of the provider.

T-Mobile... coulnt stay with Cingular cuz I wnated a new phone and in order to get the Razr cheaper I had to get new service... upgrading phone would have costed me 2X as much than getting new line + new phone...
Phone companies are dumb... they should offer the same price to existing customers and new customers... but incentives to get "new" customers are more than keeping one i guess.. *shrugs*
