Here in Portugal the sliding arm rest is not provided with the bluetooth kit.
I asked for it Extra equipment.
The Cradle for the phone is an option too.
I ordered the BT kit plus the cradle (it suports the phone, charges the battery).
The cradle is around 85 EUR.
My 530d will be built in week 18 too.

As far as I know the sliding armrest has to be ordered seperatily.
(When you order the professional phone, the armrest is included.)

Maybe this option varies by region.

I checked an old UK options brochure and the description for "Armrest front, sliding" states that it is automatically included with 638 Car Telephone Professional and 644 Bluetooth Telephone Preparation.

This may have changed as I have had this brochure for 3-4 months.

This was the case with my car, I ordered 644 and the sliding armrest was included with it.

I use the T610 cradle with my T630.

They told me that the arm rest is extra even with the BT kit, but i will check it later.
I got the SE T610 since the SE T630 isn't available yet by vodafone in Portugal.
I will get it later since my wife will need one car phone too.
